Introductory Dermal Filler Course

The Advanced Dermal Filler Workshop is a 3-hour, intensive, hands-on training program designed for experienced medical aesthetics practitioners looking to refine their skills and expand their treatment offerings. This workshop focuses on advanced injection techniques, comprehensive facial assessment, and the strategic use of dermal fillers for full-face rejuvenation and facial harmonization.

Through a combination of in-depth anatomy review, live demonstrations, and guided hands-on practice, participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to treat complex cases safely and effectively. Emphasis is placed on achieving natural, balanced results while minimizing risk and maximizing patient satisfaction.

Objectives

Upon completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Perform detailed facial assessments for personalized treatment planning.

  • Safely administer dermal fillers in advanced and high-risk areas including:

    • Tear troughs, chin, jawline, and midface contouring.

  • Understand rheology and product selection based on anatomical planes and tissue characteristics.

  • Master advanced techniques such as cannula use, layering, tenting, and microbolus injections.

  • Recognize and manage vascular complications, including early signs of vascular occlusion.

  • Integrate dermal fillers with other modalities (e.g., neurotoxins, threads, energy-based devices) for holistic aesthetic outcomes.
